This workshop, led by Andrea Sala, will be moving into the production side, the "doing" side, of your project. We will look at production timelines, venue types and what to look for when picking a venue, ticketing, schedules for production and performance, how to communicate with your design team, documentation of your work, and many more! As a group, we will walk through a process from first rehearsal to final bow, keeping your "guiding light" at the center of the work.
