The BIPOC Self-Care Seminar equips participants with holistic, culturally resonant self-care practices to promote wellness and resilience, especially in times of upheaval and oppression. By exploring self-care’s historical roots, defining personal needs, nurturing physical, mental, and social wellness, and maintaining advocacy even during difficult global events, participants gain tools to sustain balanced, fulfilling lives within a supportive community.
